The care of the whole person is very important to the staff at Health Partners’ Quick-Care. Patients often have needs that extend beyond their primary health care. We provide linkages into the community to assist our patients with other life challenges. These referrals may include transportation assistance, help with utilities, food, housing, and other basic living needs. A social worker is on staff to work with our patients, families, and providers to ensure the community connections occur.
In addition, Health Partners’ Quick-Care has Certified Application Counselors (CACs) on staff to provide information regarding health insurance options available to each individual and/or family. This can include assistance with Medicaid, Medicare or health insurance exchange applications.
Health Partners’ Quick-Care is not a free clinic. A sliding fee scale is offered to patients who qualify. If a patient or a family’s income is less than 200% of the Federal Poverty Level Guidelines, their fees will be reduced to make them affordable. Health Partners’ Quick-Care accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and various commercial insurance plans. No patient will be turned away because they are not able to pay for services.
